In 2022, IBWU Foundation, successfully concluded its inaugural vision care outreaches in collaboration with the Olorunsheyi Foundation and DOT Glasses, which provided free testing and corrective lenses for over one thousand people who had refractive eyes defects, in the following communities and dates:

IBWU Foundation has followed through with its stated objective in 2022, to expand the visioncare outreach to other parts of Nigeria.
In partnership with Joy for Needy Women & Girls Foundation, DOT Glasses, Greenline Nurture Initiative (GNI) and TAPE Foundation, IBWU expanded the visioncare program to Sokoto State, Northern Nigeria and on Thursday, 6th July to Friday, 7th July, 2023, at the Mini Market in Usman U Danfodiyo University, Sokoto’s main campus, IBWU recently concluded, the first part of its Vision Care II Outreach Programme, 2023, where over 400 elderly and less privileged members of the community were provided free testing and corrective lenses who had refractive eyes defects.
