As part of IBWU Vision Care II Outreach Programme 2023, IBWU Foundation, TAPE Foundation and DOT Glasses provided free testing and corrective lenses to over 400 elderly and less privileged members of the community, who have refractive eyes defects in Edo State, Nigeria, at Uzalla Community in Edo State, between Wednesday, July 26 and Thursday, July 27 2023, from 9:00 a.m., and 3:00 p.m., on both days.

The Outreach in Edo State 2023, also involved the nonprofit organization, Vision For Everyone Foundation, which has agreed to provide 20 cataract surgeries for persons with these needs who are identified during the outreach in Edo State.
